Kiwami Mobile Detailing — Effective August 4, 2026
We are a mobile service, so each appointment is a reserved block of time and a trip to you. This policy explains how to cancel or move an appointment, what happens with weather, and what we need from you before we arrive. It is meant to be read alongside the Service Agreement you sign with your quote request; if any wording appears to conflict, the signed Service Agreement controls.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. A call or text to (253) 883-9451, or an email to grayson@kiwamidetailing.com, is all it takes. Cancelling at least 24 hours before your appointment is always free.
Life happens, and a single late change is not a problem — just let us know as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.
Kiwami reserves the right to charge a reasonable cancellation or trip fee for repeated last-minute cancellations, or for a no-show where we arrive and the vehicle or site is unavailable. Any such fee will be disclosed to you before your next appointment is confirmed, and it will never be charged without telling you first.
A late cancellation can also happen on our side of the visit: if the site is inaccessible, unsafe, or the vehicle cannot be serviced where it is parked, we may treat the appointment as a late cancellation.
Detailing happens outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, so weather moves appointments sometimes. If you need to reschedule because of weather, there is no charge and no limit — we will simply find the next good window.
Kiwami may also pause, shorten, reschedule, or cancel work when rain, wind, heat, cold, smoke, darkness, drainage restrictions, or another condition threatens safety, quality, or your property. We may likewise reschedule for illness, equipment failure, or an emergency. In those cases you are never charged a cancellation fee, and any unearned prepaid amount is refunded.
Because we travel between locations, appointments are scheduled with an arrival window rather than an exact minute. Traffic, weather, and the true condition of an earlier vehicle can shift the day.
You will get a confirmed arrival window when the appointment is booked, and we will contact you if we are running outside of it. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and parked where we can work for the entire window.
Interior work requires a 100% empty vehicle. Before your arrival window begins, please remove all personal belongings, trash, car seats, electronics, cash, valuables, documents, medication, and anything else from the seats, floors, cupholders, consoles, door pockets, and cargo area.
Please provide a legal, level, accessible parking spot with room to work around the vehicle, and let us know in advance if power or water access is limited so we can plan for it. If the site turns out to be unsafe or unusable on arrival, we will work with you to reschedule.
Your quote is based on the vehicle and condition described when you booked. If the vehicle is larger, dirtier, or more contaminated than described, we may propose a revised price or scope. You are free to decline — in that case we perform only the original feasible work, or reschedule.
Call or text (253) 883-9451, or email grayson@kiwamidetailing.com, and we will sort it out.
