• Vehicle information: year, make, model, size, condition, and the services you are interested in.
• Photos or files you choose to upload to help us assess condition.
• Any notes or messages you send us about the appointment.
• Basic technical details recorded with a signed agreement, such as the time of signing, browser user agent, and IP address, so a signature can be verified later.

• Preparing and sending your custom quote.
• Scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and performing the detailing service.
• Contacting you by phone, text, or email about your request or appointment.
• Keeping a record of your signed service agreement and the work performed.
• Answering questions, resolving concerns, and keeping our own business records.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing by other companies.

We share information only when it is necessary to operate the business — for example with the hosting, database, file storage, and email delivery providers that run this website and send your quote confirmation. These providers may only handle the information needed to deliver their service to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our legal rights, safety, or property.

We use reasonable, industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this site, access-restricted storage for uploaded photos and signatures, and limiting internal access to what is needed to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking profiles. Our hosting provider may record standard, aggregated request logs (such as pages served and general traffic volume) to keep the site reliable and secure. If we later add analytics, this policy will be updated first.

We keep quote requests, signed agreements, and related records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business, tax, and legal recordkeeping needs, then delete or archive them.

• You may ask us to delete your information, and we will do so where we are not required to retain it — for example a signed service agreement or records tied to completed work.

This website is intended for use by vehicle owners and their authorized representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
